The Ohio Board of election is divided by county, with each division having the same responsibilities. They ensure that the voting process in the state is done correctly and that all voters follow state regulations when they register to vote and when they vote. They also ensure that candidates follow all regulations when they run for office, including Ohio laws which apply to campaign contributions.
