The Ohio Board of election is divided by county, with each division having the same responsibilities. They ensure that the voting process in the state is done correctly and that all voters follow state regulations when they register to vote and when they vote. They also ensure that candidates follow all regulations when they run for office, including Ohio laws which apply to campaign contributions.

The Montgomery county board of elections seeks to make the voting process easy for those that wish to vote in elections.  The Montgomery county board of elections has extended voting hours in order to allow more people the opportunity to vote. In addition, they allow individuals to register to vote in a variety of ways, as long as they follow the required process.

The Summit County Board of Elections trains polling workers to ensure that the voting process runs smoothly and that all laws are followed during the process. The poll workers will check identification against the list of registered voters, to ensure that only those that are eligible to vote, are able to cast their ballots.

The Woods county Board of Elections seeks to ensure that every law is followed during the voting process. In addition to providing proper training for poll workers, they also provide educational resources for voters and those that are running for office.

Stark county board of elections

The Stark county board of elections lists candidates for elections on their website, including the political stance of each candidate. This information can be helpful for voters, as it allows them to see which candidates have followed proper procedure in order to be allowed to run for office.
